Ty Lawson had 29 points on 5-5 shooting from the three point line as the Denver Nuggets slammed another nail into the Phoenix Suns playoff hopes as they won 118-117. Lawson also handed out 10 assists as Shannon Brown had 28 points for the Suns. Steve Nash had an uncharacteristic 5 turnovers as he was well and truly beaten by Lawson in the loss.
David West led all scorers with 32 points but it was not enough as the Pacers lost in overtime to the Philadelphia 76ers. Lou Williams nailed a three and had a four point play to carry the Sixers in overtime but it was the work of Elton Brand that helped the Sixers through regulation as he had 20 points and pulled down 9 rebounds. Lout Williams had 19 points.
